Fanaleds unable to create XML profiles

Hi guys.

Firstly, I don't believe this is a bug in your software. What I am getting is that when I try to update a profile the app crashes. It does not appear to be able to create xml files. I think it's because a piece of software isn't running on my PC because it's corrupted or some files are missing or maybe a service has stopped running. What does it need to work?

Any ideas?

Can you check you C:\Users\(yourname)\AppData\Roaming\Fanaleds folder?

Before changing anything, close FanaLEDs and please make a backup of this folder somewhere. After that, clear the folder completely so all settings should default. Now try again to save your profile. If that still doesn't work, please get back to us

I was looking in the wrong folder After deleting the xml files it works again. Cheers
