Fanaleds 2.2e just went live which should fix a few bugs that were discovered after Fanaleds 2.2c. Among these fixes is a memory leak which was discovered by one of our users. We strongly recommend users to update their version of Fanaleds. The long-requested support for the 64-bit version of rFactor 2 also included.
After downloading this 2.2e version, Norton didn't let me enjoy it...
It immediately found it "unsafe" and deleted it.
Is it a false positive?
Previous versions were not a problem.
Hello guys, a "small" question please if I may have. Just curious if it's just me or it's supposed to be like that.
With latest version (2.2e) the application starting much much longer (almost 7 sec till the rumbling) and the initial rumble test with "fanaleds" showing up on led display is also slower. Then moving the app window is tearing, like the app trying to communicate with something without a response maybe? Reverting back to any other previous version make everything immediately responding again.
I'm also having a problem when playing AC with Fanaleds running, sometimes the wheel starts to rotate full right displaying 6_1 (like from shifter calibration) and it need to be turned off and on again. Happened only a few times with older Fanaleds versions and only once with 2.2e version (seems more stable) but currently trying to find out, if the problem isn't anywhere else (wheel base - internal connectors), USB cable, possibly dedicated USB card. Anyway seems happening only using Fanaleds. Please let me know if some of you having similar issues.
