Fanaleds forum

Use Version 2.2f with Assetto Corsa and Fanatec Forza CSR wheel (PC: win7 64bit).
First it worked fine, next day when I start Fanaleds
- Fanaleds.exe shown in Task Manager (TM) process
- NO desktop window opens (so I cant choose Assetto Corsa setup).

Did a few attemps with deinstall/install FanaLEDs again. Last step was
1) deinstall FanaLEDs
2) using cc cleaner for registry
3) deinstall Fanatec driver 177
restart PC
4) install Fanatec 177 driver and connecting wheel to PC
5) install FanaLEDs 2.2f
6) run FanaLEDs
result: no desktop window opens while Fanaled.exe shown in TM process

Any ideas / help pls!!??

Have you checked the option 'minimize on start' while installing? Perhaps it is working fine, but it's just minimized to the taskbar.

Checked it before my post. Was set to "normal window on start".
Also tried "maximize on start", but didnt worked either.
UPDATE: Tried "Compatibility" = checked it to "Windows 7" after starting my PC this morning, now it works again = FanaLEDs destop window opened again (lets hope this solved the issue!!)

fanaleds wasnt working for me in the lates pcars build, so i closed it in task manager/processes, and now i can't reopen it D:. tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I will try restarting and see if other games have the same problem.

Is this still an open issue?
