As the title says, I've experienced this problem just this afternoon after I updating for the new version of ETS 2 Multiplayer (0.1.0.9 Alpha). There is no notification teks as usual at the Loading Profile Screen, so the Fanaleds stop working. Even with the FanaLEDsPluginETS2.dll are still in correct plugins folder. Restarting the program also not works.

After a couple search, found the culprit come from the ETS 2 Multiplayer Installer which generated the .dll file called mp_launch_helper.dll at the same place inside our plugins folder (Bin\Win_x86\plugins). This is somehow blocking the fanaleds plugin to works.

So, if you cross the same problem, simple just deleting those mp_launch_helper.dll from your plugins folder. Your ETS2 multiplayer still can running fine without that file. just remember in case there is another update for ETS 2 Multiplayer version, make sure you delete again those file in case it reappear again.

The Main issue is that ETS2MP is blocking Mods and Plugins .

That would be the issue.

But what he means is that it's also blocked when you're playing the singleplayer mode when the multiplayer mod is installed. I don't know why they have done this, but it doesn't seem to be right...

Good news, within the next Update of ETS2MP we can use Plugins.

Yeah, from what I know SCS did not wanted Multiplayer.. So there is only a Mod.. Which is still in Alpha but in a very impressiv Alpha.

How is the MP anyway? Community wise? Are people just flying around at 180km/h crashing into things?

I haven't played it in a while, but that was indeed the case a few months ago, sadly. I do remember that they were planning to do something about this, but I don't know what's the status now. I do remember that they forced the limiters of the truck so you couldn't go 180 anymore.
